Construction and design of 1-3 bedroom apartments in a three-flat building. Unit highlights include hardwood floors, Italian wood cabinets, granite countertops, and porcelain back splashes. Units also have in-unit laundry hook-ups, new HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
